These Terms apply to BackIn5, an enquiry handling, dashboard and admin workflow service for trade businesses.
BackIn5 is provided by BackIn5 Ltd. You can contact us at hello@backin5.org.
By selecting a package, submitting the onboarding form, completing payment, ticking an acceptance box, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Packages and Pricing
BackIn5 offers the following packages:
- On It (Tier 1): £129 per month
- All Over It (Tier 2): £229 per month
Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
An optional 6-month commitment incentive may be offered at the point of sign-up: customers who commit to 6 months receive 50% off their first month's payment. The reduced first-month rate applies only to the first payment. Full monthly pricing applies from the second month onwards.
The customer selects their package during or after the free trial period.
BackIn5 reserves the right to update pricing. Customers on existing subscriptions will be given reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.
2. Free Trial
BackIn5 may offer a 7-day free trial to prospective customers. During the trial period, the full service is configured and live within the customer's business.
No payment is required during the trial period.
The setup fee is waived for customers who continue to a paid plan within 24 hours of their trial ending. If the customer does not continue within that window, the standard setup fee may apply. Customers outside the 24-hour window should contact BackIn5 at hello@backin5.org to discuss their options.
If the customer does not continue after the trial, there is no charge and no obligation.
BackIn5 reserves the right to limit, modify or withdraw the free trial offer at any time.
3. Setup Fee
The setup fee covers the time required to prepare, configure and create the customer's dashboard, forms, question flows, workflows or related setup.
The setup fee is waived for customers who continue to a paid plan within 24 hours of their free trial ending, in accordance with Section 2.
Where a setup fee does apply, setup work may begin after the customer completes the onboarding process and payment is received.
Once setup, onboarding, configuration or build work has started, any applicable setup fee is non-refundable.
4. Payment and Access
The first monthly payment is due once the customer's dashboard, portal, forms, workflows or setup has been created and sent to the customer.
Access is provided after the first monthly payment has been made.
Monthly payments are due in advance using Stripe.
If payment fails, is late, reversed, disputed or charged back, BackIn5 may suspend access until payment is made.
If payment remains unpaid for more than 14 calendar days, BackIn5 may suspend or terminate the service and pursue any unpaid fees due under the agreed minimum term.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide the information, access and approvals reasonably needed for BackIn5 to set up and operate the service.
The customer is responsible for making sure all information provided to BackIn5 is accurate, lawful, up to date and not misleading.
BackIn5 is not responsible for delays, missed enquiries, failed workflows or reduced functionality caused by the customer failing to provide accurate information, required access or timely responses.
6. Third-Party Tools
BackIn5 may use third-party tools, platforms, forms, dashboards, email systems, SMS providers, calendars, payment providers, hosting providers or automation software to deliver the service.
Some parts of the service depend on third-party platforms outside BackIn5's control.
BackIn5 is not responsible for downtime, outages, bugs, restrictions, pricing changes, platform changes, account issues or service failures caused by third-party tools.
7. No Guarantee of Results
BackIn5 helps trade businesses manage enquiries and admin workflows.
BackIn5 does not guarantee leads, bookings, revenue, quote acceptance, job wins, positive reviews, customer responses, or any specific business result.
The customer remains responsible for their own pricing, availability, workmanship, customer service and customer relationships.
8. Cancellations
After the customer's first paid month, the service continues on a rolling monthly basis.
The customer may cancel at any time after their first paid month by giving 30 days' written notice to hello@backin5.org.
Cancellation requests received during the first paid month will take effect at the end of that month, with a 30-day notice period starting from that point.
If the customer has taken up the optional 6-month commitment incentive, the reduced first-month rate is contingent on completing 6 months of paid service. If the customer cancels before 6 months, BackIn5 may recover the difference between the discounted first-month rate paid and the standard first-month rate.
BackIn5 may also cancel or suspend the service by giving written notice to the customer, or immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the service.
9. Refunds
Any applicable setup fee is non-refundable once setup, onboarding, configuration or build work has started.
Monthly payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
No refund or credit will be provided because of lack of use, customer delays, change of mind, failure to provide information, revoked access, third-party issues outside BackIn5's control, or unused time in a billing month.
Refunds may only be provided where BackIn5 agrees in writing or where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
BackIn5 is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, lost revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, reputational damage, customer complaints, missed enquiries, or losses caused by third-party tools, customer error, lack of access, lack of use, or circumstances outside BackIn5's reasonable control.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BackIn5's total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the service in the 3 calendar months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
12. Acceptance
The customer accepts these Terms by selecting a package, submitting the onboarding form, ticking an acceptance box, completing payment, using the service, or asking BackIn5 to start setup or configuration work.
By accepting these Terms, the customer confirms they have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the trade business.
